Job summary

IHG Hotels is seeking a dynamic Franchise Development professional to execute regional sales and development strategies across a Texas-based, remote role. You will prospect, negotiate and close franchise deals while coordinating licensing and ensuring compliant agreements.

Travel 40–60% to capitalize on market opportunities and drive brand growth. You will lead strategic outreach to owners, developers, and financial partners, leveraging market knowledge to maximize distribution and shareholder

Qualifications

Demonstrated project management experience from conception to implementation.
Strong verbal and written communication to clients, vendors and senior management.
Proven negotiation and influence skills for complex deals.
Ability to understand financial structures and deal valuation concepts.
Knowledge of sales/marketing strategies such as client prospecting and brand positioning.
Experience negotiating franchise contracts from prospecting investors to closing.
Understanding of hotel operations market and financial feasibility analysis.

Responsibilities

Execute regional development plans to maximize brand distribution and drive earnings.
Lead deal processes with owners, developers and decision makers to close franchise deals.
Coordinate licensing and ensure proper franchise agreements are in place.
Develop long-term acquisition/disposition strategies aligned with growth and profitability.
Build a network of contacts among investors, financial institutions and asset managers.
