UPS is seeking a Franchise Consultant to support franchisees in a designated territory, optimizing revenue through strategic quarterly and annual plans and evaluating store performance. You will train and coach franchisees, manage renewals, relocations, and new buildouts, and coordinate conventions with regional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing, financial reporting, and operations to achieve growth.
• Conduct evaluations and analysis to assess center and franchisee performance; train franchisees on financial benchmarks and tools.
• Act as main contact between TUPSS Campus, UPS, vendors, and franchisees; address concerns and provide timely support.
• Identify operational and financial issues affecting franchisee success; ensure adherence to policies and brand standards.
• Maintain regular communication to monitor progress and ensure training completion; drive adoption and buy-in.
• Assist with ownership transfers, relocations, new buildouts, remodels, and renewals; plan network meetings.
• Share best practices for operations, merchandising, local marketing, prospecting, and franchise management to increase revenue.
• Develop professional skills via on-site training, conventions, regional meetings, and sponsored training.
