Job summary

Primrose School Franchising seeks a Franchise Business Consultant to advise Franchise Owners and school leaders, driving enrollment, finances, curriculum, and staff development. You will analyze metrics, plan strategically, mentor leaders, and ensure service excellence across the network.

You will travel up to 80% to support multiple locations, build trusted relationships, and promote Primrose standards while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in multi-unit management.
• Experience with franchising and early childcare.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support Franchise Owners to achieve strategic goals.
• Serve as a trusted partner to school leadership for premier education and service.
• Analyze performance metrics and develop actionable growth plans.
• Lead strategic planning and goal-setting with Franchise Owners.
• Coach Franchise Owners on enrollment, finances, curriculum, and staff development.
• Conduct quality assurance and document improvements with action plans.
• Be the first point of contact for operational challenges and brand issues.
• Collaborate with regional teams, vendors, and regulators to improve the network.
