Qualifications

• 5+ years of business consulting or coaching experience, ideally for large brokerages or organizations.
• Real estate industry experience is required.
• Proven ability to translate franchisee goals into actionable growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support growth and brand engagement strategies for Coldwell Banker franchisees.
• Lead field support with Franchise Sales to evaluate markets and present at events.
• Identify opportunities focusing on organic growth, consolidation, and M&A.
• Drive metrics like recruitment, retention, production, and market share.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to expand footprints.
• Lead complex engagements including financial analysis, P&L review, and planning.
• Benchmark goals and ensure brand leadership engagement.
• Deliver virtual and in-person sessions on trends and performance.
• Serve as trusted advisor to franchise owners and leadership teams.
• Manage compliance and contract changes within the Book of Business.
