Job summary

Educate! is looking for a Fractional Senior People Advisor to partner with our CEO and executive team as a senior people advisor. This is a fully remote, part-time engagement (~10–12 hours per week) with the Global People & HR Director maintaining day-to-day responsibilities.

You will bring an outside voice, read situations quickly, and help the exec team choose commercially and legally sound options that protect trust and alignment across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior HR, people, or organizational development roles.
• Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to engage with CEO and executive leadership directly.
• Familiarity with Educate!'s Five Culture Tenets and values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the exec team on people decisions and org design as Educate! scales.
• Translate global policies and local laws into workable options and outcomes.
• Coach team members on cross-cultural dynamics in a multi-country org.
• Shape messaging around restructures, policy changes, and leadership transitions.
