Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst – FP&A to own expense planning, variance analysis, and Workday Adaptive model integrity. You will partner with functional heads and the Director of Finance to drive accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, 2+ years in Workday Adaptive, and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite. A finance background in real estate or asset management is a plus. This is a remote opportunity with a United States focus.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, with a meaningful portion in an expense-ownership or cost-center finance role.
• 2+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred — including model building, version management, and planning cycle execution.
• Strong command of Excel (dynamic arrays, structured tables, cross-sheet modeling); ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own expense planning, variance analysis across operating cost categories.
• Serve as primary owner of Workday Adaptive Planning environment and models.
• Lead budget and reforecast execution and ensure alignment with business drivers.
• Partner with HR and depts to gather headcount and non-compensation assumptions.
• Provide ad hoc FP&A support and client profitability analysis.
