Job summary

Field Nation is a two-sided B2B labor marketplace seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Minnesota. You will model driver-based operating structures, manage headcount and payroll costs, and own cash forecasting while partnering with department leaders.

Responsibilities include integrated three-statement modeling, annual budget cycles, and KPI packages for Board reporting. Strong data skills with NetSuite, SQL, and BI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or CFA is a plus but not a substitute for modeling ability.
• 5+ years in FP&A, preferably in a consumption-based business.
• Demonstrated experience building a headcount and people cost model.

Responsibilities

• Build and own driver-based headcount and people-cost models tied to P&L and cash forecast.
• Own integrated three-statement operating model with monthly reconciliations.
• Lead annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles end-to-end.
• Develop cash and liquidity forecast including 13-week view.
• Deliver monthly variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Create ROI models for technology, headcount, and investments.
• Support Board reporting with KPI packages and schedules.
• Automate data flows from NetSuite, Salesforce, and HRIS.
