Job summary

STARLIMS Corporation is seeking an FP&A Analyst to own financial planning, reporting, and Workday Adaptive Planning for the business. You will partner directly with the C-suite and cross-functional leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and board/investor reporting, serving as the internal expert on our planning tech stack.

You will manage data flows, build automated monthly reporting, and scale the planning tool as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive FP&A experience in SaaS/PE-backed business.
• Hands-on implementing/administrating Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with ACV/ARR/SaaS metrics and full P&L ownership.
• Experience building scalable, automated reporting for board/investor reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer Workday Adaptive Planning environment, including model structure and data integrations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting with senior leadership.
• Provide trusted financial analysis and narrative to executives; partner with cross-functional leaders.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data integrity using AI/automation tools.
