Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Operations Finance team. The role requires strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and acquisition experience, with Excel and PowerPoint mastery. Located in the US, remote work is possible with occasional in-person sessions.

You will report to the VP of Finance and support executive leadership with critical insights. The ideal candidate has 4-6+ years in finance, a BA in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA a plus), and experience with SAP,

Qualifications

• BA in Finance/Accounting or in another quantitative field; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 4-6+ years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Strong modeling and financial analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and reports for exec leadership.
• Analyze results, perform variance analysis, and identify trends.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes with global partners.
• Assist acquisitions including due diligence and integration.
