Job summary

Reputation Reputation is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team on a remote contract basis. The role supports forecasting, budgeting, headcount tracking, and sales compensation analysis, partnering with business leaders to turn financial data into actionable insights.

Reports to the Director of Finance Operations and collaborates across Finance and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable turning numbers into clear recommendations

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and headcount tracking for the business.
• Analyze financial data and build models to support decisions.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.
