Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Senior Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a PE-backed environment. You will partner with executive leadership and support M&A activities while driving actionable insights.

The role offers a fully remote setup, exposure to investors and board reporting, and close collaboration with the CFO on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Experience with financial modeling and business analysis tools
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau or Power BI

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and recurring forecasting processes
• Develop, maintain and enhance financial models and reporting tools
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including dashboards
• Support management reporting packages for executives and investors
• Contribute to due diligence activities for acquisition targets
