Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Operations Finance team at its Louisville, KY headquarters, reporting to the VP of Finance. The role requires strong financial modeling, budgeting/forecasting, and acquisitions experience, with frequent interaction across global partners.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, with limited travel and a potential in-office presence for sessions a few times per year.

Qualifications

• BA in Finance/Accounting or quantitative field; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 4-6+ years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Strong financial modeling and variance analysis capabilities.
• Experience with ERP financial software (SAP, MS D365) and planning tools (Board).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models and reports for finance and leadership.
• Analyze results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Own budget and forecasting process with global partners.
• Provide decision support through detailed financial analysis and reports.
• Assist on acquisitions including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
• Support special projects and process improvements; occasional travel <5%.
