Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a high-ownership Product Manager for FP&A and finance workflows, owning planning, forecasting, reporting, and automation across finance platforms.

You will partner with Finance, Engineering, and Business Systems to define future FP&A operating models and invest in scalable, AI-enabled tooling that reduces manual effort and accelerates cycles. This L5 PM role demands 5+ years of enterprise product experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and a data-driven mindset

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management in enterprise platforms or workflow-heavy products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across finance, engineering and business systems.
• Experience with finance planning, forecasting, reporting, or close processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for FP&A surfaces across planning, reporting, and automation.
• Partner with Finance and EAA leadership to define the future-state FP&A operating model.
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and rhythms via better systems and UX.
• Shape dashboards and variance analysis to deliver actionable insights for leaders.
• Lead platform-level work to improve scalability, interoperability, and AI enablement.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to reduce manual effort and cycles.
