Linesight is seeking an FP&A Analyst to lead complex financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for projects with strong commercial focus. The role requires building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to influence financial decisions.

The successful candidate will combine technical finance expertise with strategic insight, driving actionable analyses and continuous process improvements across financial systems and workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or certifications (ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• 5+ years FP&A experience with financial modelling and analytical techniques.
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI and data visualization tools.
• Experience in the commercial/industrial construction industries.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to present financial insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and long-range planning through complex financial models.
• Deliver actionable insights and clear financial narratives to business partners and senior management.
• Perform variance analyses, scenario planning, and profitability assessments.
• Prepare monthly reporting including revenue forecasts, backlog analysis and utilisation metrics.
• Improve financial templates and automate data consolidation for reporting efficiency.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior management with clear recommendations.
• Carry out internal audits to ensure financial information and risk analysis.
