Blue Ridge Associates is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A) to partner with business leaders, own revenue forecasting, and deliver actionable financial insights. This remote role supports firms nationwide, building reporting and models to improve profitability and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of FP&A, financial consulting, or related analytical roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and experience with large datasets.
• Experience communicating findings and recommendations to business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue forecasting, forecasting, and reporting for sales performance and growth.
• Own revenue forecasts and KPIs.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations translating data into recommendations.
• Partner with finance, accounting, sales, and operations to align insights with strategy.
• Drive automation of reporting and data governance improvements.
