Universal Pure is seeking an FP&A Manager for a remote role with a strong preference for candidates in the Central or Eastern time zones. You will own forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis for revenue planning and expansion in a fast‑growth environment.

You’ll build models to support sales and operations, manage monthly reporting and variance analysis, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 5+ years FP&A experience partnering with commercial teams in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience creating financial modeling and revenue planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Agile, deadline-driven, ownership of projects.
• Detail oriented with high ethics and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue inputs for annual budgets, S&OP forecasts and long-range plans.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with objectives.
• Perform variance analysis and prepare monthly management reporting.
• Improve processes, systems, controls and reporting capabilities.
• Interface with senior management to support FP&A reporting and decision making.
