Qualifications

• Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related corporate finance roles.
• Apply advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Analyze data using SQL or similar advanced analytical tools.
• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both written and verbal.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Bring FP&A experience from the software or technology industry.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the building and maintaining of annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against forecasts and provide variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trends.
• Develop long-range financial plans that align with strategic business objectives and growth targets.
• Evaluate and improve forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to increase accuracy, scalability, and automation.
