Job summary

K1x is seeking an FP&A Manager to bring rigor and investor-grade reporting to its fast-scaling, PE-backed SaaS business. You will own budgeting, build models, and deliver board-ready SaaS metrics with close collaboration across finance and executive leadership.

In this fully remote role, you’ll partner with the CEO and CFO on investor updates, support growth initiatives with scenario planning, and help scale FP&A tools and processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally from private equity, investment banking, or a transaction advisory practice, or comparable in-house FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
• Comfort in a fast-paced PE-backed, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CFA/CPA/MBA a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS/subscription metrics; NetSuite experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts with department partners.
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, unit economics, headcount, and cash runway.
• Prepare recurring board and investor reporting packages with SaaS metrics.
• Deliver monthly variance analysis with actionable leadership commentary.
• Support scenario planning and ad hoc analyses for growth initiatives.
• Help stand up FP&A tools, systems, and processes as finance scales.
• Collaborate with CEO/CFO on board materials and investor updates.
• Coordinate with Accounting on close-related deliverables to align forecasts with actuals.
