Job summary

K1x, Inc. is building out its finance function with a newly created FP&A Manager role to bring rigor, forecasting discipline, and investor-grade reporting to a fast-scaling, PE-backed SaaS business.

You will own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and create models for revenue, unit economics, headcount, and cash runway, while preparing board and investor packages. Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and executives, improve FP&A tools, and ensure forecasts tie to reported results as the finance

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in PE-backed SaaS or transaction advisory
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytics with advanced Excel
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for senior leadership
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth PE-backed environments with evolving processes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA/CPA/MBA a plus
• Familiarity with SaaS/subscription metrics; NetSuite experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across departments
• Build and maintain models for revenue, unit economics, headcount, and cash runway
• Prepare recurring board and investor reporting with SaaS metrics (ARR, nRR, CAC/LTV)
• Deliver monthly variance analysis with actionable commentary for leadership
• Support scenario planning and ad hoc analyses tied to growth, pricing, and resource allocation
• Stand up FP&A tools, systems, and processes as the finance function scales
• Partner with CEO/CFO for board materials and investor updates
• Coordinate with Accounting to align forecasts with reported results
