Job summary

Harbor Compliance is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and SaaS KPI reporting for a PE-backed SaaS business. Build driver-based models across revenue, margin, headcount, and cash flow to enable disciplined growth and M&A execution.

The role is hands-on, operates in a lean, fast-moving environment, and aims to bring structure and rigor to the function over time.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years FP&A in high-growth or PE-backed SaaS.
• Strong SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC/LTV, unit economics.
• Build audit-ready, driver-based operating models.
• Comfort with ambiguity and unclean data.

Responsibilities

• Forecast revenue and operating profit with high accuracy.
• Own monthly KPI scorecards and variance analysis.
• Develop scalable driver-based models linking signals to levers.
• Maintain SaaS/ARR reporting framework (NRR, cohorts).
• Lead annual budgeting with multi-scenario models.
• Support pricing, GTM investment, and headcount planning.
• Assist M&A diligence and integration modeling.
