Job summary

Vaco is seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as the analytical backbone of its FP&A function. This high-visibility role involves ownership of consolidated reporting, forecasting, and analysis for senior finance leadership.

The ideal candidate will have strong SaaS FP&A experience and advanced modeling skills, along with hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning. The position enables remote work while requiring collaboration with executive teams.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 plus years of progressive corporate FP&A experience.
• Private equity-backed experience required.
• Experience in companies sub $500M ARR required.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated financial reporting and forecasting across the enterprise.
• Prepare and present executive and board-level reporting packages.
• Establish and maintain a rolling forecast process.

Skills

Strong SaaS FP&A experience

Advanced 3-statement modeling

Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning

Understanding of SaaS ARR unit economics

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field
