Ideal candidates have 3+ years of analytical and leadership experience, with strong communication skills and a track record of partnering with clinical and business leaders to optimize performance and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant analytics, financial reporting, and executive communication skills.
• Leadership or management experience in healthcare FP&A preferred.
• Experience partnering with operations, clinical, marketing and sales leaders.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, and develop a team while delivering high-level analytical outputs.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Partner with operations, clinical, marketing and sales to drive performance.
• Establish metrics and lead operating reviews for senior leadership.
