OB Hospitalist Group is seeking a Manager of Financial Operations to turn financial data into strategic, evidence-based decisions for our Maternal Health Access Solutions operations. The role anchors reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis while partnering with regional leaders to drive efficiency.

The successful candidate combines FP&A expertise, advanced Excel, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for non-financial stakeholders, with hybrid or remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, healthcare management, or related field.
• Four to six years of FP&A, financial reporting, or financial operations experience; healthcare preferred.
• Experience building budgets, forecasts, reporting workbooks, and financial models.
• Advanced Excel skills and data mining/analysis knowledge.
• Ability to present insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own recurring performance reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and labor productivity insights.
• Provide financial support for MHAS division and regional leaders.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to improve financial performance.
• Lead monthly/quarterly operating reviews with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Finance Directors and operations teams for planning and decisions.
• Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Support process improvements and automation across departments.
• Respond to ad hoc requests with timely financial analyses.
