Job summary

Emburse is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (GTM) to partner with the Go-to-Market org. You will own forecasting, strategic planning, and analytics for Sales, Marketing, and GTM expenses, turning insights into executive-ready narratives.

The role reports to the Senior Director of FP&A and requires strong analytical horsepower, business acumen, and leadership to influence GTM decisions. Remote initially, with potential hybrid in Burlington/Boston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of GTM-related experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership role; proven people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue forecast and build bottoms-up pipeline models with Sales leadership.
• Develop and maintain driver-based GTM expense models for Sales and Marketing.
