We are seeking a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (GTM), to serve as a dedicated finance partner to our Go-to-Market organization. This role will own the financial planning, forecasting, and analytical infrastructure for Sales, Marketing, and associated GTM expenses, while driving deep analytical work across pipeline coverage, lead conversion, customer segmentation, pricing, and product adoption.
The Manager will report to the Senior Director, FP&A and partner closely with GTM leadership to deliver the financial insights that drive decision‑making at Emburse. This is a high‑visibility role at a pivotal moment in Emburse’s growth trajectory. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical horsepower with business acumen and interpersonal confidence to challenge assumptions, influence business unit leaders, and translate data into a compelling financial narrative.
Please note, while this position will initially be remote, should we open an office in the Burlington/Boston area, the expectation will be that the role will move to a hybrid structure, requiring the hired candidate to be in‑office 3 days per week.
