Ladders is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to own core FP&A processes, guiding growth, scale, and informed decisions across the organization. You will partner with functional leaders to build forward-looking plans, monitor performance, and translate financial trends into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, including the board.

This role is remote for US-based candidates, offering compensation between $165,375 and $183,750 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and stock

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A and budget management.
• Proven track record in building financial and operating models for growth-stage businesses.
• Experience shaping financial strategies for public or private companies.
• Strong aptitude for framing finance within social impact contexts.
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them.
• Expertise in revenue forecasting and LTV/CAC analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes in close collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain a forward-looking financial model to support long-term growth and planning.
• Track financial and operational performance metrics critical to scaling the business.
• Provide insightful reports and data to stakeholders, including the board.
• Collaborate with marketing on customer acquisition and customer cost tracking.
