This role is remote for US-based candidates, offering compensation between $165,375 and $183,750 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and stock

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A and budget management.
• Proven track record in building financial and operating models for growth-stage businesses.
• Experience shaping financial strategies for public or private companies.
• Strong aptitude for framing finance within social impact contexts.

• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them.
• Expertise in revenue forecasting and LTV/CAC analysis.

For our client, we are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will own core FP&A processes that support growth, scale, and informed decision-making across the organization. You will partner closely with functional leaders to build forward-looking plans, track performance against key metrics, and translate financial trends into actionable insights. The position also plays an important role in presenting analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the board.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $165,375 – $183,750 annually
