Job summary

TradeCentric, LLC is seeking a Manager (or Sr. Manager) of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our finance team.

The role leads budgeting, forecasting, and analytical efforts to support growth and strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver actionable insights. The position offers a fully remote arrangement across the US, with opportunities to influence planning and performance, and a competitive base salary plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, QuickBooks).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Support the annual budgeting process with department heads and implement budgets aligned with objectives.
Prepare accurate financial forecasts and conduct variance analysis.
Provide data-driven financial modeling to support strategic decisions.
Generate regular management reports and dashboards for leadership and board.
Collaborate with accounting and other teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist with ROI analysis and optimization of investments and expenses.
Support M&A analysis and due diligence as needed.
