RTX is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Long-Range Plan and Investments within the Advanced Products & Solutions unit. You will coordinate with SSBU teams and cross-functional partners on financial planning, forecasting, investment management, and business planning across APS.

The role reports to the APS FP&A Director and leads two direct reports in budget and forecast processes, ensuring timely, accurate financial data for resource allocation and strategic decision making.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent; 10+ years FP&A experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in Program Controls and FP&A functions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workflows and deadlines.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access the financial management system.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze LRP metrics and present recommendations to APS leadership.
• Coordinate forecasting activities with program stakeholders and SSBU FP&A leads.
• Manage the APS investment management process.
• Prepare presentations for the APS Leadership Team on LRP, OMM, and investments.
• Coordinate with Operations, OSC, Engineering, R&C and Strategy leaders.
• Coordinate APS financial deliverables with RTX HQ FP&A leadership.
• Coordinate APS balance sheet reviews for Ray-level reporting.
• Support R&C with NBI management and financial analysis.
• Manage APS overhead budgets, planning, and variance analysis.
• Provide coaching and development to two direct reports and matrixed staff.
