RTX is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager for the Long‑Range Plan and Investments within the Advanced Products & Solutions SBU. You will lead forecasting, investment reviews, and cross‑functional coordination with Operations, Engineering, R&C, and Strategy to drive resource allocation and business planning.

The role includes coaching two direct reports, presenting to APS leadership, and coordinating with Raytheon HQ FP&A. U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 7+ years in FP&A or program controls.
• Advanced FP&A and financial planning experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating workflows and deadlines across multiple teams.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government systems access.

Responsabilités

• Analyze LRP financial metrics and present recommendations to APS leadership.
• Coordinate forecasting with program stakeholders and FP&A leads.
• Manage APS investment management processes.
• Prepare leadership presentations on Long-Range Plan and investments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, R&C, and Strategy leaders.
• Coordinate presentations with Raytheon HQ FP&A leadership.
• Oversee APS balance sheet reviews for Raytheon reporting.
• Support R&C with NBI management and financial analysis.
• Manage APS overhead budgets, planning, and variance analysis.
• Coach and develop two direct reports and matrixed staff.
