RTX is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager for the Long-Range Plan and Investments within the Advanced Products & Solutions unit in the Boston area. The role leads financial planning, analysis, and investment reviews, coordinating with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and drive performance.

You will coach two direct reports, present to APS leadership and Raytheon HQ, and shape the financial forecast, balance sheet deliverables, and budget management.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent with 10+ years, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience in Program Controls and FP&A.
• Experience coordinating workflows across multiple teams.
• U.S. citizenship required due to government security.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze LRP metrics and present recommendations.
• Coordinate forecasting with program stakeholders.
• Manage APS investment processes.
• Prepare presentations for leadership on LRP and investments.
• Coordinate with OSC, Engineering, R&C, Strategy.
• Coordinate APS balance sheet reviews for Ray HQ.
• Support NBI management and financial analysis for R&C.
• Manage APS overhead budgets and variance analysis.
• Provide coaching to two direct reports.
