Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business or related field with 5+ years, or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with SAP, APEX/PRISM or similar systems
• Experience in financial forecasting and/or data analysis

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program business managers and analysts to manage the forecast/close process, balance sheet, cash collection, and other ad-hoc FP&A needs
• Support the development and execution of financial forecasting, including current year forecast, annual operating plan, long-range planning, and risks & opportunities
• Consolidate, analyze, and forecast key financial metrics, including bookings, sales, profit, cash, NBI, overhead, and staffing
• Coordinate with program leadership and factory management to align unit delivery plans with financial forecasting metrics such as sales and receipts
• Provide insights and analysis to support leadership communication and decision-making
• Address ad-hoc financial analysis requests and provide actionable recommendations
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
