Job summary

RTX Corporation, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Principal Finance Analyst to partner with Operations and drive budget analysis, forecasting, reporting, and compliance for indirect expenses and CER pools.

This role offers exposure to building the annual operating plan, CER pool factors, and collaboration with key stakeholders across OSCQ Finance to meet financial commitments.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience consolidating and analyzing large financial data sets to ensure accurate forecasts.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting and variance analysis of actual expenses vs plan.
• Monthly forecasting and identification of risks and opportunities.
• Analysis of cost forecasts for labor, material, and other elements.
• Planning and establishment of time-phased indirect expense and headcount plans.
• Build and load the annual operating plan (AOP) into budget systems with functional partners.
