Job summary

RTX is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager for the Advanced Products & Solutions unit in the US. The role oversees Long-Range Plan, capital, NBI, overhead, and balance sheet deliverables, reporting to the APS FP&A Director.

You will coach two directs and matrixed staff while partnering with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business strategy. The position involves presenting to APS Leadership and coordinating with HQ FP&A, with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent with extensive experience; or advanced degree with substantial experience.
• Experience in Program Controls and FP&A.
• Experience coordinating workflows and deadlines across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze LRP metrics and present recommendations to APS leadership.
• Coordinate forecasting with program stakeholders and FP&A leads.
• Lead the APS investment management process.
• Prepare presentations for the Leadership Team covering Long-Range Plan and investment reviews.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, R&C, and Strategy leaders.
• Coordinate financial deliverables with RAY HQ FP&A leadership.
• Manage APS overhead budgets, planning, and variance analysis.
• Coach and develop two direct reports and matrixed staff within APS FP&A.
