Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A.
• 2+ years of financial analysis in health system, hospital, or academic medical center.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial variance analysis.
• Conduct general ledger review and cost-center tracking for accuracy.
• Support month-end close activities with accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist managers with daily financial inquiries, approvals, and budgets.
