Job summary

IntraHealth Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support executive decision-making through financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analytics. The role partners with Finance, Operations and IT to drive growth and cadence with leadership.

You’ll develop financial reports, support forecasting models, and analyze performance across the organization and affiliated entities, leveraging BI dashboards and data mappings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years in FP&A, financial reporting, BI, or related finance roles (healthcare experience preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, Epic or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models for income statements, balance sheets and cash flow.
• Analyze financial and operational data from multiple systems to identify trends.
• Create reporting packages and presentations for leadership and operational meetings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and decision-support initiatives.
• Develop BI reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations and IT to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze variances from budgeted results.
