Ladders is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. The role focuses on core planning, reporting, and system integrity across a portfolio and region, partnering with operations and clients to support budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation skills for internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own financial deliverables for the portfolio and region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain financial accuracy and systems integrity for client reporting.
• Serve as a resource for operations and clients on key procedures.
• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast processes.
• Ensure compliance with the Master Services Agreement and amendments.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning and reporting tools.
• Review interfaces between client and internal systems for reconciliations.
• Partner with operations on scope change requests to verify cost reductions.
