Job summary

Loenbro, LLC is seeking a Manager/Sr. Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to support the Sr. Director in enterprise‑wide planning, analysis, and reporting. The role owns consolidated reporting, board and lender deliverables, and forecasting while partnering with regional finance teams.

This position translates financial data into actionable insights, drives financial discipline, and supports executive decision‑making across our construction‑industry portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• 3+ years in an FP&A Manager or similar leadership role.
• Advanced financial modeling with integrated 3‑statement models.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex models and scenario analysis.
• Ability to synthesize financial data into executive insights.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the enterprise FP&A calendar (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Lead development of Board materials, including 3-statement modeling and scenario analysis.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting with key drivers and forward-looking insights.
• Partner with regional finance teams for annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Support monthly close with flash results and timely submissions across units.
• Prepare interim financial statements for lender and external reporting needs.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and root causes.
• Own leverage metrics, covenant reporting and add‑backs validation.
• Develop lender-adjusted EBITDA calculations and maintain data quality.
• Continuously improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
