For our client, we are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will own core financial planning and reporting deliverables across a portfolio and region, with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and systems integrity. The position partners closely with operations and client stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and compliance with contractual requirements. It also plays an important part in improving planning tools and helping drive cost discipline through clear financial analysis and responsive support.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own financial deliverables for the portfolio and region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain financial accuracy and systems integrity for client reporting
• Serve as a resource for operations and clients on key procedures
• Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast processes
• Ensure compliance with the Master Services Agreement and relevant amendments
• Identify opportunities to improve planning and reporting tools
