Job summary
Linesight is seeking an FP&A Analyst to drive complex financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting for our global projects. You will bridge FP&A with construction costs, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver clear financial narratives and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of FP&A experience with advanced financial modelling and analytics.
- Experience with Oracle or SAP and advanced Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Construction industry experience valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts development for annual plans and long-range planning.
- Conduct variance analyses, scenario planning and profitability assessments.
- Prepare monthly financial results, revenue forecasts, backlog analysis and utilisation metrics.
- Automate data consolidation and improve financial templates and workflows.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior management with actionable financial insights.
