Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong financial modelling and scenario planning skills.
• Proficiency with Oracle, SAP, and advanced Excel.
• Experience in commercial/industrial construction preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Conduct variance analyses and profitability assessments.
• Prepare monthly financial results, revenue forecasts, backlog, utilization metrics.
• Automate data consolidation and improve financial templates.
• Present findings to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Support internal audits and risk analysis.
