Job summary

Staritas is seeking a Director of FP&A to own the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis in a fully remote arrangement across the US. You will partner with the CFO and senior leadership to drive strategic decisions and manage the KPI framework.

You will lead a Senior Financial Analyst, build enterprise models, and provide decision-support for growth investments and capital planning. Previous SaaS/subscription finance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Extensive FP&A experience with leadership and strategic partnering.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Experience with subscription-based business models and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide FP&A planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop integrated financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow.
• Own rolling forecasts, long-range plan, dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with CFO and senior leaders; deliver actionable insights.
