Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This senior role partners with the CFO and leadership to deliver budgets, long-range plans, and management reporting for a distributed, primarily remote workforce.

You will own financial models, KPI framework, and ad hoc analyses while developing the Senior Financial Analyst and ensuring accuracy across revenue, expenses, and cash flow for a private equity-backed US entity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance or related field.
• 10+ years FP&A or related experience.
• Experience with SaaS/subscription businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models for revenue, costs, headcount and cash flow.
• Own management reporting and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Partner with CFO and functional leaders to drive strategic decision support.
• Coach and develop the Senior Financial Analyst and ensure accuracy of analyses.
