Job summary

Strada is seeking a strategic Director, FP&A to partner with business leaders and drive financial performance across the organization. This remote US role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, delivering actionable insights and executive-level reporting.

The ideal candidate brings strong FP&A experience in professional services or services-based environments, with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. MBA/CPA/CFA and Workday/Power BI experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related.
• Experience at Senior Manager or ready for Director-level.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models and analyze data to identify drivers.
• Partner with leaders to improve financial performance.
• Analyze project economics, revenue, margins, and resource needs.
• Evaluate pricing, investments, and workforce decisions.
