You will lead a team of FP&A analysts, report to the CFO, and turn customer and operational data into growth insights. This remote-first role offers ownership of the annual operating plan, long-range planning, and driver-based models across cohorts, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Expert financial modeling and deep understanding of unit economics.
• Experience with AI tools, BI tools, Excel, and GSuite.
• Remote-first culture with work-from-anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Report to the CFO and manage a team of FP&A analysts.

• Build driver-based financial models tied to customer cohorts.
• Define and track KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and AOV.
