US Health Partners is seeking an FP&A Analyst to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role builds and maintains financial models, tracks performance against budget, and delivers insights for leadership decisions in a physician-led healthcare environment.

You will partner with department leaders, consolidate inputs, develop schedules and dashboards, and support revenue recognition and close processes. The position offers growth within a growing healthcare company.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or related role; healthcare or multi-site experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn large data sets into clear insights.
• Confident written and verbal communication; able to present to non-financial stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead components of annual budget and periodic forecasts with department leaders.
• Consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams; ensure accuracy and alignment with goals.
• Track actuals vs budget/forecast; explain variances and provide recommendations.
