Job summary

TuftsMedicine is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across service lines. You will analyze internal financial data and external economic factors, prepare management reports, and assist with proformas and ROI analyses for potential expansions.

Collaboration with department managers and leadership will be routine to drive informed decisions. The role emphasizes data accuracy, process improvements, and mentoring junior staff in budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Three years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Healthcare FP&A experience preferred, including physician group finance.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting systems and general ledgers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains budget and forecasting systems and related data; loads, audits, and verifies data.
• Generates management reports from the budgeting system and GL/patient billing data.
• Assists in financial analyses for new business proposals and program expansions.
• Performs profitability analyses to support operations and management decisions.
• Presents information clearly to senior leaders and collaborates with managers to drive action plans.
