Job summary

Momentum for Health is seeking an FP&A Analyst to develop financial models, perform budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights into revenue and program profitability. You will collaborate across Accounting, Revenue Cycle, and Operations to support planning and reporting.

The role emphasizes data extraction from EHR and billing systems, creating dashboards, and presenting findings to leadership. A healthcare finance background and strong Excel/BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of healthcare finance, reimbursement analysis, or government-funded programs experience.
• Experience with Medi-Cal and county contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses with variance reporting and KPIs.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, productivity, and program profitability for trends and risks.
• Produce dashboards for executive leadership and strategic reporting.
• Extract and analyze data from EHR, billing, and financial systems; present findings clearly.
