Job summary

Capital Health seeks a Manager FP&A to lead budgeting and financial analysis across service lines. You will translate complex data into insights, partner with department leaders, and mentor a team of analysts to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

This role focuses on multi-site budgeting, capital planning, and performance monitoring to drive financial sustainability and informed decision-making within Capital Health’s healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Four years in healthcare financial accounting and reporting with at least two years in a leadership role when tied to a degree.
• Eight years of healthcare financial accounting and reporting with leadership experience when tied to a HS diploma.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, capital allocation, and long-range planning; internal controls and regulatory practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and forecast for service lines and business segments.
• Develop, monitor and align operating and capital budgets with organizational goals.
• Design financial models and analyses to evaluate growth opportunities and physician relationships.
• Provide data-driven explanations of variances to operational leadership.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages and present to leadership.
• Mentor and manage a team of analysts and drive process improvements.
