Job summary

Turquoise Health is seeking a highly curious Principal Product Manager to build the Employer product vertical from the ground up, defining strategy, shipping first products, and shaping a durable new business line for self-insured employers and their brokers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, synthesize broker and employer knowledge into a clear plan, and own the end-to-end product lifecycle in a fully remote, US-based role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years in direct-to-employer or broker markets.
• Deep understanding of employer ecosystem dynamics, incentives, and nuances.
• Proven ability to ship 0→1 solutions in fast-paced startups.
• Strong credibility to serve as connective tissue for employer SMEs.
• Growth in scope and impact beyond tenure.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Employer vertical.
• Translate deep employer and broker knowledge into a concrete product plan.
• Plan design, self-insurance, incentives, steerage, and direct contracting concepts.
• Iterate concepts through real customer validation and market feedback.
• Turn pricing and contract data assets into usable employer products.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Design, GTM, Solutions and external stakeholders.
• Be the customer voice and build direct relationships with benefits teams and advisors.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments impacting employers.
